Unless otherwise stated, we may disclose your personal information to third parties for example casting directors or contractors who provide certain services to us. We may charge a fee to cover the cost of verifying the application and locating, retrieving, reviewing and copying any material requested.

We will take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We use a variety of physical and electronic security measures including restricting physical access to our offices, firewalls and secure databases.
When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your personal information.
